PRODUCT DETAIL
Chi garage door brush side seals use dense bristles mounted in an aluminum retainer to form a flexible barrier along the door's vertical edges. Compared with rubber lips, brushes deliver lower sliding resistance, better tolerance to uneven jambs, and stable sealing over long cycling. Brush seals are especially effective for dusty/bug-prone garages and doors that see frequent open/close.
Garage Door Brush Seal Features
• Gap tolerance: bristles of
garage door seal conform to uneven frames and wider/variable gaps.
• Durability: no "cold stiffening" like some rubbers; good UV/ozone stability with nylon brush seals.
• Clean & neat look: slim profile with black/charcoal bristles and anodized holders.
• Dimensional control: consistent trim height, set, and straightness for clean door lines.
• Dense bristle pack improves air/dust/insect exclusion while keeping drag low.
• Corrosion-aware build: stainless crimp wire & anodized holders available for coastal jobs.
• Process control: incoming material checks, SPC on cut lengths and drilling, 100% label verification.
